This week has been filled with a ton of support from our local community in our efforts to bring back to life our fire truck. This post is dedicated to just some of the local groups that have helped us in the past couple of weeks.

What fire truck restoration project would be complete without the support of our local fire departments? Lumby and Lavington Fire Departments have supported us since day 1 and not only have they given us donations, but have shown up and rolled up their sleeves to actually work on the truck! A big salute to the men and women of our fire departments!
The local business community have also once again stepped up support for the project. I know it goes without saying that our community would never be as amazing as it was without partners like these...

We've also received a ton of support from local residents and even those "not so local" who recognize the work we've been doing and the future promotion of our first responders!
A very special shout out to Kim McKiernon of Vernon, BC who I had the wonderful chance to meet face to face and share some stories. Her support of first responders radiates!
Lots more thanks to come in future posts as I really want to showcase the wonderful people that are supporting the project!
